Kindergarten here we come!

Today was Desk Day at CCS, so we all got to go and meet Caroline's teacher, look around the room, and put away her school supplies. Here are the few pics I snapped of her.
With her teacher Mrs. Bickley (left)
and teacher's aide Mrs. Huffine (right):

At her desk:

Outside her classroom:

She's so stinkin' excited that she didn't want to leave! lol! She whispered to Mrs. Bickley asking if she could stay awhile, which we all got a big kick out of. We were sent home with "homework" and it's the first thing she asked to do when we walked in the front door! Hopefully, her enthusiasm will last all year long!

Oh, and other things of note from this morning. One is she picked out her outfit all by herself--a top I'd bought and she made sure she was wearing her new running shoes! Also, at breakfast this morning she re-packed her school supplies neatly in to 2 zipper pouches and declared herself ready to go. I guess the way I'd packed them wasn't quite good enough. hee!

Well, look out Kindergarten, here we come! :D

Happy Friday (again)!

What a big girl! She is going to love it, especially if she is that excited! She looks so cute too. We just finished week 1 of kindergarten and Aislynn loves it so much!

Good luck to Caroline AND Mama on Monday;)

How sweet and cute she looks! and how great she loves to go to school! My youngest will start school again next Monday and he's definitely not so enthusiastic!

Awww...she is elated. Tell her she did a fabulous job choosing her outfit, and that I thought she looked very grown up, and ready for Kindergarten indeed :)
